Maxwell Elementary was originally constructed in 1972 and has since received several modifications. In July 2003 a thirteen classroom addition was completed. Currently there are approximately 500 students enrolled in the Kindergarten thru Fifth Grade Program. Beginning August 2005 two pre-school classes were added to our school that provides instruction for students aged 3 and 4 that qualify through the Special Education Program.
