A certified Main Street Program since 2001, Midway Renaissance exists to promote economic development, provide avenues for community involvement, educate about Midway past and present, and work in partnership to improve the quality of life in Midway.

Midway Renaissance produces Francisco's Farm Arts Festival at Midway College. Other current standing Committees include Greenspace and the Midway Living History Committee.
