Mission:

The Missouri State Sporting Clays Association (MOSCA) is a nonprofit organization of people engaged in the education, promotion, governance and encouragement of organized clay target shooting sports in the disciplines of Sporting Clays, 5-Stand, Fédération Internationale de Tir aux Armes Sportives de Chasse (F.I.T.A.S.C.)and Compak in the State of Missouri.
