About Us

We are all about Jesus and His teachings, helping, loving and supporting others as they learn how to have a relationship with Him.  Salvation is the only way to eternal life.

The history of Montville union Baptist Church goes back to the mid 1800's.

Our church has a long, rich heritage, and was once affiliated with the American Baptist Convention.  In the 1970's the church withdrew from the association and became completely independent. 

Many families have grown up in this church for multiple generations.  This church is not just a building, it's the history, the teaching, the memories, the spiritual journey that has taken place and continues through new generations. There are growing families and the nurturing that has taken place over the years, still does even until this day.  The love that once started here so many years ago, has also been instilled in the hearts of those that go here now.
