Mission Statement :

The Newton Municipal School District has as its mission to provide quality formal education for the students of our community.  Students should have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of organized learning experiences designed to prepare them to be productive, informed, and creative citizens, workers, and leaders.  Each school must provide facilities necessary for delivery of planned instructional programs and services within a safe and comfortable environment.  We also believe that a vital part of our mission is to provide a school program that reflects the values, needs, and ambitions of our community.
