Our Core values:

As a congregation of disciples we need to know what we value and those values become the benchmark to which we hold one another accountable. A statement of values becomes a guide to the development of positive and healthy attitudes and behaviors. They help us commit to a common way to live together.

We value a diverse style of worship and music that includes traditional and contemporary.
We value our relationship with God and with each other. We value the Great Commandment : “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength, and you shall love your neighbor as yourself.” We value being there for each other, serving, caring and supporting.
We value an enthusiasm for life-long learning for all disciples.
We value people of all ages.
We value mission out-reach to others in the name of Jesus meeting physical and spiritual needs.
We value our traditions while being open to where God in Christ Jesus through the Spirit is leading us.

Our Vision:

Our vision is to be a life-giving community of Christians that seek to “grow” and mature in our lives of faith. One that builds up the body of Christ “equipping the saints” of this community for a life of commitment and service. We strive to speak the truth of God’s love, forgiveness and acceptance for all people. We are a community of faith who seek to “go,” to reach out to others, to our community and to the world following the great commission, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.” We are disciples of Christ Jesus who seek “to do the will of God.”
