Our Mission 

The Pasco Fine Arts Council is committed to creating and preserving cultural opportunities in the arts for all members of our community.

The Pasco Fine Arts Council, Inc. is a public enity created by the Pasco County Commissions Board on September 1, 1978 as a nonprofit organization within the County to encourage community involvement in the arts, provide art education to the community, and to be a leader in stimulating art and cultural entities throughout Pasco County.

From this Council sprung the Pasco Fine Arts Center where exhibitions of local and nationally renown artist are housed, a full schedule of year-round art instruction (including visual, performing, and fine crafts) as well as workshops, demonstrations and programs for homeschooled children, after school classes, and our annual summer arts program for children.
