Peace Lutheran Church

200 Northeast Fifth Street
701-254-5395

Peace Lutheran Church was formally organized in 1899 in Linton, North Dakota. The first pastor was Casmir Mikulski. The congregation is part of the Western North Dakota Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)

. The congregation accepts the Bible as God's word to humans and proclaims God's message of salvation through Jesus, the Christ and God's only son. Since all have disobeyed God in some way, all need this message of acceptance by God through faith in Jesus.

The congregation has ministry to children, youth, women, men and families. It has three different styles of Sunday services each month to assist as many as possible in worshiping the triune God.

Peace Lutheran is a member of the Emmons County Ministerial Association and encourages Christians to remember that despite differences, we are one in Christ Jesus.
