About Community:

Piggott is nestled between the Mighty Mississippi river and the Ozark Mountains  in the heart of Crowley’s Ridge. Piggott enjoys rich farm land and beautiful wooded, rolling terrain. Piggott is also home of the Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum and Educational Center, where Ernest Hemingway wrote portions of some of his most famous works, including “A Farewell to Arms”. Other tourist attractions are the Matilda and Karl Pfeiffer Museum and Study Center as well as Chalk Bluff Battlefield Park, the site of several Civil War skirmishes.
