In days past, folks traveled from far and wide to enjoy a weekend strolling the grounds of plantations, dining on local cuisine and shopping for handmade treasures from across the south. St. James Parish is proud to host an arts and craft show on the east back of the Mighty Mississippi River, centrally located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge!

Top Arts and Crafts vendors from across the country will be showing their works at the historic 1870's Poche Plantation located in the heart of Plantation Country, amid sugar cane fields and majestic oaks, along famous River Road. The Nationally Registered Historic antebellum home, rooted in St. James Parish, is proud to be a part of an event that will "Give Back to St. James" as all proceeds from the event will benefit various charities and organizations throughout the communities of St. James Parish.
