Professional Business Women's Association

The Professional Business Women's Association (PBWA) is a non-profit organization that operates in cooperation with the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce. We work closely with the Chamber, and meet monthly on the second Tuesday of the month for a business luncheon for purposes of networking, planning, and mentoring. We meet at noon at the City Club of Rock Hill. The object of PBWA is to promote professional education, strengthen loyalty to our community, support the professional advancement of our members, and cultivate fellowship within the Association and the Chamber of Commerce. Being a "business woman" today offers a challenge to lead and achieve. It means furthering our education and developing those necessary leadership qualities. It means networking and community involvement which enables our members to advance their own careers, while helping other women find their places in the business world. As the world's business economy evolves, women in business face a serious need to become more creative and responsible in facing challenges and preparing for the opportunities that will lie ahead. The PBWA was founded to assist women in meeting these challenges and making the most of every affordable opportunity. If you would like more information about PBWA, please call (803) 324-7500
