Redemption Rock Church is a fellowship of believers committed to the lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ in a personal way, and be conformed to his image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We desire to glorify God by sharing His Son, Jesus Christ, with others, and through relationship, making disciples, as commanded by the Great Commission outlined in Matthew 28.

We believe... that there is but one God, existing eternally in three Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: Infinite, almighty, and perfect in holiness, truth and love, coexistent, coequal, and coeternal (John 1.1-2, 2 Corinthians 13.14, 1 John 5.7)

We believe...that God the Father is the personal, transcendent, sovereign Creator of all things. He is faithful to every promise, works all things together for the good of those who love Him, and desires that all creation should live to the praise of His Glory. (Genesis 1, Psalm 139, Ephesians 1.6, 12)

We believe...that God the Son, Jesus Christ, came to earth, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was fully God and fully man while on earth, and died on the cross as an atonement for the sins of humankind. God raised Him from the dead and he ascended into heaven and forever lives to make intercession with the Father for us. (John 1.14, Ephesians 2.5-11)

We believe...that God the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, whom the Father sent in Jesus' name to convict the world of sin, and of righteousness and of judgement, is God's presence on the earth, and indwells every believer who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord. (Acts 2.4, John 14.16-17, 26, 16.8)

We believe...that the Holy Spirit has bestowed gifts upon all believers, thereby empowering them to live a Spirit-filled life, evidenced by the fruit of the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 12.1-11, Galatians 5.22)

We believe...that the Bible is God's word to us, and is therefore divinely inspired, and the only standard for faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3.16-17)

We believe...that all people, by nature, are separated from God and responsible for their own sin. Salvation, redemption and forgiveness of sin are freely offered to all, solely by grace through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 3.23, Ephesians 2.8)

We believe...when a person repents of sin and receives Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior, that person is immediately born again and sealed by the Holy spirit. All his or her sins are forgiven, and the person becomes a child of God, destined to spend eternity with the Lord. (John 3.16, Romans 5.8, 1 John 1.9)

We believe...that all will stand before the judgement throne of God and there receive eternal life or death. (2 Corinthians 5.10, Revelation 1.7, 20.11-15)

We believe...that the Lord Jesus Christ will return for His bride, the Church and that this second coming is both personal and imminent. (1 Thessalonians 4.16-17)
