Mission Statement:
The goal of Richfield Joint School District No. 1 is to provide a learning environment that will enable each student to meet his/her fullest academic, physical and social growth. The instructional program supports that growth by enhancing basic skills while fostering the expansion of each student's intellectual horizon.

We believe good character begins with honesty, integrity, respect, and responsibility. We all share the commitment to recognize, model and nurture good character in the Richfield School District community including Richfield Elementary School and Plat Elementary School. We encourage a school environment that promotes ethical decision-making and social responsibility.
