The RCCOA is governed by the Older American's Act of 1965 as amended. As part of the Older American's Program the RCCOA provides a wide range of Community services designed to improve the quality of life for Roane County Senior Citizens. many of the services are provided free of any charge and many other services are provided at a nominal cost. The RCCOA receives state and federal funding and must provide a local match.
