Vision Statements:

1.We will create a foundation for a 5 year plan broken down into annual goals.
2.We will broaden the make-up of our International Vision Committee and strive to  constantly improve our delivery process and documented structure to remain relevantto the cultures and changing landscape of Rotary.
3.We will guard the integrity of our program to maintain a consistent and predictable outcome for each of the clubs we serve with an International Vision Facilitation Committee established for the quality control of our programs.
4.We will experience International saturation of opportunity for every District in Rotary to have a trained Club Vision Facilitation Team in its district.
5.We will gain membership retention and growth through the consensus, consistency and continuity created from a Visioning Session.
