Saint Bridget Parish

455 Plymouth Street
781-878-0900

About Us:

Saint Bridget Parish, founded in 1863, is the oldest wooden Catholic building on the South Shore. It is comprised of approximately 2,100 families. Saint Bridget's serves a diverse population expressing traditional family values.

The center of our parish life is the Eucharistic Celebration. The parish strives to reflect the mystical body of Christ it proclaims to be. The commitment of Saint Bridget's parishioners to each other is manifested in the many parish programs which enrich the spiritual life of our parishioners. These include vibrant Catholic religious education programs, youth ministry, sacramental preparation, and ministry to the sick and elderly. The Saint Vincent de Paul Society serves as an outreach to individuals in need.

An important component of Saint Bridget's Parish continues to be its Catholic elementary school.
