Mission:

Sauchuk Farm, LLC strives to achieve the following goals within the economic constraints of a profitable business:

  • Always sell the freshest, best-tasting produce available anywhere,
  • Grow as much of our own produce as possible,
  • Adopt more sustainable and environmentally responsible agricultural practices,
  • Contribute resources to help those in need in our community,
  • Be a force to help preserve farmland and open space in the region.

About Us:

Sauchuk Farm, LLC is a 100-acre diversified vegetable and berry farm located in Plympton, Massachusetts. Scott Sauchuk, a trained geolgist and enviromental scientist, established the farm in 2000 on the site of the Samson Homestead that had been farmed since the early eighteenth century. Most of our produce and flowers are sold directly to consumers at our farmstand located on the old homestead.

We practice integrated pest management (IPM). We do not grow certified organic produce, but we often use organic methods and sprays.  Furthermore, since all of our produce is harvested by hand and sold locally, we select varieties according to taste rather than shipping and storage ability.
