Mission Statement:
The mission of the Sepulveda Middle School Community is to:

    -Ensure a quality education by providing our students with essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    -Promote student social, physical, and personal growth in a safe environment.
    -Develop in our students a tolerance and appreciation for diversity in a changing world.
    -Prepare our students to be responsible and productive citizens.

Vision Statement:
Sepulveda Middle School will strive to:

    -Improve the overall scores at least 5.6 points each year for the next ten years such that 90% of the student body will be performing at or above grade level.
    -Improve student reading level.
    -Improve school safety - increase awareness of safe school practices/policies and how to address concerns appropriately.
    -Improve technical knowledge - expose staff and students to the latest education technology tools available.
    -Provide parents with the skills necessary to become an integral part of their child's educational process.
    -Provide staff development to support and meet the needs of our changing professional staff.
