Our Mission Statement:

Our mission as a church can be summarized in one statement, based on God’s Purpose:

"Building up the body of Christ"(Ephesians 4:16), God’s Strategy(Ephesians 4:11-16).

-Calling- It was (Christ) who gave some to be...pastors and teachers (v.11)
-Equipping- to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up (v. 12)
-Maturing- until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming (v. 13-14)
-Growing- Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. (v. 15-16)

Our Vission Statement:

Our vision statement is based on two key scriptures:

The Great Commandment: "Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.’"

Matthew 22:36-40, Mark 12:30

The Great Commission:"Jesus said, Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

Matthew 28:19-20

-To "Love God with all your heart" is "Worship."
-To "Love your neighbor as yourself" is "Ministry."
-To "Go...make disciples" is "Evangelism."
-To "baptize"incorporating new members is "Fellowship."
-To "Teach them all things" is "Discipleship."
