Thousands enjoy championship BBQ from professional cook teams, BBQ food vendors, live music, beer gardens, corn hole tournaments, and so much more! Smoking In The Foothills is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. We are committed to raising money for charitable organizations. All net proceeds from any festival we do will go to local charities in Caldwell County, North Carolina. Just trying to make our corner of the world a little bit better, one barbecue plate at a time.
