The Somerset Hills Adult Day Center is committed to helping the frail elderly or the chronically disabled older adult, who is homebound or in need of supervision, to continue living independently or with family by providing socialization and supervision to the frail elderly in a welcoming, structured and supportive environment and a break to their family caregivers

History:

The Somerset Hills Adult Day Center is a private, not-for-profit organization developed to meet the increasing needs of the growing elderly population in our community. It opened its doors in May 1988 in the education building of the Somerset Hills Baptist Church in Basking Ridge. Its goal is to provide safe, reliable daytime programming for the frail elderly and chronically disabled older adult. In 2001 the Center became a subsidiary of the Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills.
