Southern Junction: you can cook your own steaks or our experienced chef can do it for you.  If you choose to go your own way, you'll select your cut, season it, and cook it on the long, hickory-fire community grill. Stop by and enjoy one of our nightly dinner specials. Southern Junction is also a showplace for live country music with bands Wednesday through Saturday, while guest make use of our 2,000 square foot dance floor or ride the mechanical bull. Dance lessons are offered on Thursday night.
