Special Olympics of Westmoreland County is a Volunteer run non-profit organization that provides year round training and competition in olympics type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities in Westmoreland County. Special Olympics of Westmoreland County host five athletic competitions a year and also attends Pennsylvania State Winter Games at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in February and Pennsylvania State Summer games in June at Penn State University in State College.
