VAPAHCS has embarked on a journey to transform our organizational culture. The goals, subgoals and initiatives reflected within our Strategic Plan are designed to achieve a service oriented, user friendly, efficient, results-driven health care organization. The course we have charted reflects the goals of VA, VHA and VISN 21.
