Sukha Arts Center is a creative space for children and adults to grow and experience the arts of dance and yoga.  "Sukha" is a Sanskrit/Pali word meaning bliss, joy, ease, and sweetness...fleeting, ethereal moments when you are so focused on something that you love, that nothing else in the entire world matters.  At Sukha we experience this surrender to the present moment through dance and yoga. 

It is our mission to provide a space that gives our community the opportunity to experience Sukha .  To achieve this, our dance program is  dedicated to the rediscovery of dance as a true art form, an ideal that is so often lost in the bustle of competitive dance.  Our program emphasizes a strong technical foundation, while encouraging authentic and creative movement.

Our yoga program further aims to achieve our mission-- to give everyone a taste of Sukha!  This is why we have created "The Yoga Experiment": donation-only based yoga classes.  We hope that your support allows us to continue to offer a variety of yoga styles for everyone to explore with no limitations.
