The Graham Chapter of TOPS meets each Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. A private weigh in is held from 9:00 to 9:50 a.m. preceeding the meeting at the Evergreen Pres. Church, 10118 - 249th St. E., Graham, 98338. Take Off Pounds Sensibly is a non-profit weight loss support group.

Your first visit is free, followed by an annual registration fee of $32.00 and monthly dues of $6.00. Come join us as we take off and keep off pounds sensibly with fun contests and programs.
