The NOAH Project is a faith-based nonprofit community development corporation.  We seek to improve the quality of life for all people through economic development and by providing safe and affordable housing, with a particular focus on persons 55 and older.  We were instrumental in creating the first independent senior living development in Crestline, Ohio known as Faith Housing.
