Mission Statement:

The mission of the Theresa Public Library is to serve the people of the community by providing access to quality materials, cultural, and recreational needs. The Library seeks to stimulate and interest in reading, encourage self-development and help people of the community to find answers to their information needs in an atmosphere that is welcoming respectful, and businesslike.

To insure that all library users receive the same high level of service and have an equal opportunity to use all materials, it is necessary that cardholders return items on time and follow the rules connected with library use.
