Town Of Pendleton

100 West State Street
765-778-2173

About us:

Pendleton is about 20 minutes north of Indianapolis on I-69. The town is situated in the area where I-69, S.R. 38, S.R. 67, S.R. 9, and U.S. 36 converge. The town has a population of around 3,100, and is one of only two Indiana communities listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.

The first settlers moved to the area now known as Pendleton in 1818. Since that time we have striven to become one the most enviable smaller communities in the Midwest, offering outstanding public education, police, ambulance, and firefighting services that are often considered the best among towns our size, and industrial/business parks that balance the needs of business with the needs of the environment.

A further taste of life in Pendleton is available at events like the homecoming parade, and the June Jamboree and the Heritage Festival, both of which are held in Falls Park.
