Queensbury began as a Quaker settlement in 1763, since that time it has played a leading role in the development of Warren County.The Town of Queensbury is located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in beautiful Upstate New York. Queensbury was once part of the great northern wilderness a favorite hunting and fishing site for the Iroquois during the summer months.
