About Us

Located in Hatfield, Arkansas is designed to reach the motorcycle world. To become a member you must go through a basic ministry course and declare your faith in Jesus Christ as your savior. The CMA was founded by Herb Shreve - a pastor who was having a difficult time reaching his son for the Lord. He began riding motorcycles with him to spend more time and to reach him with the Gospel. This venture led to the forming of the CMA and a ministry that is now international. Herb Shreve retired in 1994 and his son Herbie took over as director until his resignation this year. The CMA is run by a board of directors gathered from all around the United States. Some of the ministries of the CMA are:

Mission:

The Missions Board is responsible for overseeing the missions activity within the Church body. This includes encouraging our youth and adults to engage in missions activities, recommending a missions budget to the congregation each year, recommending changes in missionary support and arranging hosting for visiting missionaries.  We meet regularly to learn more about missions, receive updates about our church-support missionaries, and pray for our missionaries in the field.

Over the past several years, the Missions Board has worked hard to strengthen the relationships we have with our church supported missionaries. We currently have 12 individuals or agencies on our “roster” – a number that we believe will be stable over the next several years. Each member of the board has taken “ownership” of 2-3 missionaries and takes personal responsibility for praying for those missionaries, corresponding regularly with them, and reporting to the board any special needs or request.
