The Valley Center Lions Club prides itself on supporting local students and community needs, and providing vision and hearing testing and equipment for those in need while being a fun-loving good natured group. We raise funds for these activities through pancake breakfasts.

We have been cooking these pancake breakfasts for many, many years and are routinely told that we have the best breakfast going. And they are quite a deal at $6 for an adult, all-you-can-eat. What's our secret? It's pretty simple really. Everything is cooked fresh. People in line are often surprised when we throw away pancakes - they can't sit long before we refuse to serve them.
