Vernonia Christian Church (VCC) is a non-affiliated Restoration church located in the town of Vernonia, Oregon. Incorporated in 1891, Vernonia is a logging and recreation center located along the Nehalem River, northwest of Portland, with a population of 2260. At one time, Vernonia was the site of the largest electric saw mill in the world. Over the years, Vernonia has been transitioning from a logging town to a diverse community of people who love the rural setting the area provides.
