This body of believers exists for the sole purpose of obedience to God as revealed through the Holy Scriptures and in response to the Great Commission.

This statement gives us the privilege of focusing on two worthy efforts: 1) We strive to more deeply understand God's heart and character as revealed through the Bible. 2) We seek to live as people who are being redeemed by the Holy Spirit in order that we might share the good news that Jesus Christ brings salvation to all who will surrender to him.
