The Waukegan Arts Council in partnership with the City of Waukegan and other community partners presents “ArtWise: A Community Cultural Arts Series.” ArtWise will be an annual art-focused event reflecting on a theme of broad community interest using a variety of art opportunities to present different viewpoints, including art exhibits, a writer’s series, a performing arts series, film screenings, community talk backs, and more.
