The Reconciling Committee adopted the following mission statement: Wesley United Methodist Church is a Christian congregation seeking intentionally to welcome all persons regardless of sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, ethnicity, physical or mental capacity, education, socio-economic, or marital status. We believe that we are being reconciled to God and one another through Christ Jesus, the head of the Church. Therefore by God’s grace we will strive to welcome all persons into the membership and fellowship of our Church.
