OUR MISSION: To alleviate the animal suffering that results from pet overpopulation by providing affordable spay/neuter services to low-income pet guardians. With help from several generous funding agencies and our wonderful participating vets, qualifying Black Hills residents can fix their cats for $35 for females, $25 for males. We have programs that assist us in lowering the surgery costs even more, particularly for feral cats.
