Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley is an independent 501(c)(3) community based child welfare agency established in 1976. We currently provide services including foster care, Intact Family Services, Treatment, counseling, Runaway and Homeless Youth services, and more, to 20 counties in northern-Central Illinois. Our mission statement is "Helping young people and families succeed by serving them in their home, school and community".
