Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels is a private non-profit corporation with a specific purpose of delivering propared meals to the homebound elderly, disabled, and ill residents of the City and Township of Ypsilanti, Augusta Township, southern Superior Township, and eastern Pittsfield and York Townships in southeastern Michigan. YMOW's purpose is to deliver meals to those needing this service without discrimination because of race, sex, color, religious orientation, national heritage or ability to pay. The organization also provides such other services for recipients, and others, as are approved by the Board of Directors.
