Jennifer Crouch, MD, is an experienced, board-certified Internal Medicine physician. Dr. Crouch received her medical degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2013. She then went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at the University Hospital and Clinics in 2016. Patients can visit Dr. Crouch for all general primary care needs, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations and preventative health care. Dr. Crouch also provides care for acute illnesses, including but not limited to, cough, cold and flu symptoms, pneumonia, fever, stomach aches, headaches, rashes, and minor injuries. Dr. Crouch is an expert in the management of chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart failure, asthma and COPD.
