Dr. Baach is a native of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Northwestern University and graduated from medical school at Indiana University. He completed his internal medicine residency at Indiana University Medical Center in 1995 and is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Baach lives in the Carmel area with his wife, son and daughter.
