Dr. Hoffman joins Optum with an extensive background in Sports Medicine. He has earned several distinguished awards and honors during his career, including the American Osteopathic Foundation Best Diabetes Practice in 2003 and Educator of the Year for Colorado Springs Osteopathic in 2001.
