2022 Summer Season Welcomes the Return of FREE Summer Symphony Series

Free music for all to enjoy!  Please join The City of Pembroke Pines this summer in welcoming back the ever popular Summer Symphony Series. This celebration of music features various presentations from local musicians and the Symphony of The Americas Chamber Orchestra.  All presentations and parking are free to the public.  Seating is limited.  All demonstrations will be held in the Charles F. Dodge City Center Lobby located at 601 City Center Way, unless otherwise noted on the city’s website at www.ppines.com. 

Updated summer 2022 Summer Symphony Series concert schedule:

Sunday, June 12, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. - As part of “Vocal Works of Symphonic Composers,” Lyric Soprano Alexandra Marie will present a recital of the most beautiful works from famous symphonic composers.

Sunday, July 10, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. – Join the Brubeck Brass in an exploration of Jazz from the blues of Black Americans to the French harmony of Creoles-of-Color.

Thursday, August 11, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. - The Symphony of The Americas presents their Chamber Orchestra at The Susan B. Katz Theatre, 17195 Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines.

Sunday, August 14, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. –This presentation explores the idea of who is the greatest composer of strings of all time - Mozart or Mendelssohn? Some of the best of South Florida’s chamber musicians will be highlighted.
