Pembroke Pines, FL (October 10, 2022) - Hundreds of people and their “canine friends” were in attendance for the 10th Annual Bow Wow Ween Halloween Party at the K-9 Officer Craig C. Rupp Dog Park located at 9751 Johnson Street (just east of Palm Avenue).  Each year dogs, with the assistance of their owners, arrive in their best Halloween costumes to take part in an assortment of games, activities and to compete for yearly bragging rights.

Additionally, various local vendors assisted organizers with the event by providing information and a wide variety of treats and plenty of water bowls for all the dogs in attendance.  The following were this year’s winners: 

Winners of the 2022 Bow Wow Ween and Miss Bow Wow Ween by Category were:

MISS BOW WOW WEEN: Luna Rose, Husky: Snow White

1st Runner up: Tilly, Mini Poodle:  Superwoman
2nd Runner up: Bullet, Pitbull:  Wonderwoma

1ST Place: Lily & Luna, French Bulldogs: Golden Girls
2nd Place: Samosa, Golden Doodle: Chick-Fil-A Cow
3rd Place: Milo, Schnoodle: UPS Delivery
 
SCARIEST COSTUME:
1st Place: Kourtney, Chihuahua: Car
2nd Place: LaCoco, Schnoodle:  Devil
3rd Place: Rocky, Mixed: Count Rocky
 
CUTEST COSTUME:
1st Place: Bernie, Pug: Mailman
2nd Place: Teddy, Pomeranian: Beast
3rd Place: Goldie, Golden Retriever: Pumpkin Fairy
