The City of Pembroke Pines Planning and Economic Development Department is responsible for coordinating the City’s housing programs available through state and federal funds administered by the city’s Housing Consultant Community Redevelopment Associates of Florida, Inc. (CRAFLA). Funds are provided on a first come, first qualified, first serve basis.
